Ric and Albion Shows comin up!

Ric Sanders and Vo Fletcher will be performing at the excellent Farnsfield Acoustic on the 25 Septemeber.
The regular Albion Christmas Band consisting of Ashley Hutchings, Simon Care, Kellie While and our very own Simon Nicol will be spreading their own special brand of Xmas cheers this December to a town near you.

We're able to let everyone know that Beryl's funeral will take place on the Tuesday following Cropredy, August 17th at Noon at All Saints Church, Wing, Bucks LU7 0NY. The family has said anyone is welcome to come and remember her, and that floral tributes should be sent via-

Sandy Denny on The BBC!

BBC Radio 2 is to re-broadcast Bob Harris's award-winning Sandy Denny documentary. The programme will be broadcast at 10pm (2200hrs) on Wednesday 4 August.
Bob's celebration of Sandy's life and music was first broadcast in April 2008 and explores Sandy's time with Fairport Convention, her solo career, and her tremendous musical legacy. There are interviews with Dave Pegg, Simon Nicol, Robert Plant, Dave Cousins, Richard Thompson, Maddy Prior, Joe Boyd and Sandy herself. Bob also plays a wide selection of her music.

Any chance of Europe returning the favour and sending Excalibur to the UK? The Excalibur set at Cropredy was great. It looks like you and I went to the same skool of tiping... "Acosutic".
